- Work in tandem with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational and physical therapists, medical professionals, and family members to establish cohesive, patient-centered care plans.
- Provide guidance and educational resources to patients and their families, ensuring they are well-equipped for ongoing progress beyond therapy.
- Participate occasionally in inpatient therapy evaluations, fostering consistent care throughout the recovery arc.
- Maintain precise documentation in a timely manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development through coursework and collaborative discussions with peers.

- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) awarded by ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary within the first 30 days of employment.
Desired Skills
- Expertise in evidence-based practices across all age groups, with a thorough understanding of both developmental and acquired speech and language disorders.
- Outstanding communication skills, fostering strong rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Adept at modifying therapeutic strategies to respect and respond to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Demonstrated clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
Benefits
- Attractive compensation reflective of your experience and expertise.
- Flexible working hours to support your work-life harmony and a diversity of caseloads.
- Chance to delve into specializations such as pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
- Generous paid time off (PTO) along with holiday remuneration.
