THE GIG – WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Kitchen Supervisor at Smitty’s Steinbach, you’ll lead and energize the back-of-house crew, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every dish hits the mark.
- Supervise and mentor your kitchen team
- Maintain food quality, safety, and consistency
- Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
- Keep operations smooth and efficient. Even during peak times
- Manage inventory and ingredient prep
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team
- Monitor team performance and help your cooks grow
