Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and helping keep our apartments and communities in top shape. In this role, you'll tackle a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repairs, and general upkeep. You'll help prepare apartments for new residents, complete preventative maintenance, and ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and welcoming. What You’ll Do Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs Assist with apartment renovations and move-in preparations Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs Maintain building systems like HVAC, water heaters, and appliances Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks Participate in on‑call emergency maintenance rotation Travel between properties What We’re Looking For Maintenance experience in residential properties (multi‑family a plus) Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and repair work Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and maintain great customer service with residents Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Career Growth and advancement opportunities 50% employer-paid health insurance Free dental and vision coverage 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid Holidays, PTO, and vacation time Company events and team outings Apartment rent discount after 90 days Company Description We are a growing residential property management company dedicated to providing quality homes and reliable service.
