Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join a fastpaced, teamoriented industrial manufacturing environment in Grand Rapids, MI. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will manage and respond to customer requests via phone and email, provide timely status updates, and address productrelated questions with confidence and professionalism. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams-including sales, engineering, and production-to ensure customers receive accurate information and a seamless experience from order placement through delivery.


Primary Duties

• Serve as the main point of contact for B2B customers, demonstrating strong businesstobusiness customer service experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and CRM systems with urgency and accuracy.
• Provide detailed order status updates, leadtime information, and product knowledge as a Client Service Coordinator.
• Work crossfunctionally with internal departments to resolve issues, clarify specifications, and support customer needs.
• Utilize Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track communication, and maintain organized records.
• Support sales and account management teams by identifying customer needs and ensuring a smooth flow of information.
• Maintain a teamfocused, solutionsdriven attitude while representing the company's commitment to quality and service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in businesstobusiness customer service, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred; other CRM experience considered.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product details and order information clearly.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fastmoving environment.
