Education Requirements

• Hold an MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Completed a residency program in Family Medicine accredited by the appropriate body.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Virginia medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are welcomed.
