Business Support Specialist – Westbrook, ME (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $27-$35+/hr based on experience. 11+ month contract (potential transition to permanent). About the Role Our client, a leading software production company in the veterinary space, is seeking a Business Support Specialist to blend customer‑facing billing support with contract processing and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Manage software subscription billing (entries, credits, cancellations, usage updates). Process new contracts and orders in compliance with company policies. Review financial terms in contracts for accuracy and completeness. Maintain customer records, subscription data, and internal systems. Reconcile billing issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution. Track and document all customer‑facing activities. Qualifications Experience in a customer‑facing billing, finance, or support role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience handling invoices, contracts, or financial documentation. Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable in a hybrid work environment. Why Apply?
