Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification is required.
• Fully credentialed as a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated experience supporting students' mental health, wellness, and academic success within school settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with students, staff, and families.
• Proactive, compassionate, and adaptable professional with knowledge of evidence-based counseling and intervention strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral wellbeing.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement student-centered support plans.
• Contribute to a positive school climate by promoting restorative practices, conflict resolution, and mental health awareness.
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school policies and confidentiality guidelines.
• Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team, attending meetings and supporting the Bridge Program’s mission.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current on best practices.
