Bring your expertise and compassion to a dedicated school-based program supporting students’ social and emotional well-being. This contract opportunity seeks a credentialed professional to serve as a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the Bridge Program. This part-time position, with potential for full-time hours, starts as soon as possible and extends through June 2027. The schedule is designed to offer work-life balance: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM, and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM.

Candidates with an active Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification who excel in student advocacy, individualized support, and multidisciplinary teamwork will thrive in this role. Daily work will focus on fostering a positive school climate, providing social-emotional interventions, and helping implement student-centered programs.

Desired qualifications and credentials:

• Active PDE Certification
• Fully licensed as a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or LPC in a school-based setting
• Proven ability to work with diverse student populations
• Experience delivering individual, group, and crisis interventions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
