Program Director, Youth Development & Impact

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Program Director responsible for sourcing, planning, and implementing programs across various disciplines such as Education, Leadership, and Health. The Program Director will oversee specific programs to ensure they meet the developmental needs of youth, provide training for Clubhouse staff, and evaluate program effectiveness periodically. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
