On-Site Coordinator - Wentworth
Intro: At Clara, we are recruiting for an On-Site Coordinator to work with Clara Works in Wentworth. This role serves as a critical liaison between clients and their operational workforce, requiring a unique blend of practical production knowledge and advanced data analysis skills to optimize efficiency.
Shift Patterns
- Standard full-time business hours, Monday to Friday, with potential for extended hours or weekend support based on client operational demands.
Pay Rates
- 55000.00 USD yearly
Essential Requirements for On-Site Coordinator
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business administration, warehousing, logistics, or production/manufacturing.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple client demands simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail for compliance-related tasks, including I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screenings.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
Skills and Qualifications for On-Site Coordinator
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Excel to track recruitment funnels, turnover rates, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Ability to perform data analysis to identify trends and optimize workforce efficiency within production environments.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume sourcing of production, skilled trades, and general labor roles.
- Strong communication skills to address productivity and staffing requirements with clients, internal teams, and employees.
- High-energy approach to problem-solving and resolving workflow bottlenecks on the production floor.
Role Responsibilities for On-Site Coordinator
- Manage the daily assignment and performance of 30-50 employees, with potential oversight of 15-30 additional contractors during peak seasons.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staffing needs and operational productivity.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for compliance documentation to ensure 100% audit readiness.
- Proactively build and maintain professional relationships with key clients to support their operational goals.
