Training

1. Initial Onboarding: 2-week onboarding covering full CRM and systems setup. Includes access to Strata University — a self-paced, comprehensive training library covering everything agents need to get started.
2. Ongoing Training: Daily Huddles, Weekly Sales Meeting, Weekly Coaching Calls with top agents and leadership, and weekly one-on-one Sales Coaching sessions.

Support Staff

Full team infrastructure includes: 2 Transaction Coordinators, Listing Coordinator, Director of Operations, Marketing Manager, ISAs, Sales Leaders, and 3 Operations VAs to assist with contract and listing concierge.

Tech Stack: Follow Up Boss (CRM), SISU, battr, Dotloop, Google Workspace, Slack, Fello, Ruuster, Strata University (Teachable)
