Full-Time | Woodland Moving & Warehouse | Benefits Available
Woodland Moving & Warehouse is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys keeping financial records organized and up to date.
This is a hands-on role where your work directly supports the people behind our operations. You’ll help ensure jobs are billed correctly, payments are recorded accurately, and customers and internal teams have clear, correct financial information.
We’re looking for someone dependable, focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where details matter every day.
What You’ll Do
- Use QuickBooks to enter and process daily invoices
- Make sure completed jobs are billed accurately and completely
- Track and manage accounts receivable
- Follow up on outstanding balances in a professional way
- Apply payments and keep customer accounts updated
- Fix billing issues or missing charges when needed
- Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end close
- Work closely with operations to confirm job details for billing
- Respond to simple billing questions from internal teams and customers
- Keep financial records clean, organized, and accurate
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts receivable preferred (2+ years ideal)
- Strong, hands-on experience with QuickBooks required
- Detail-focused and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Reliable, steady, and able to follow through on tasks
- Basic understanding of invoicing and accounting processes
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Experience in moving, logistics, or service-based companies is a plus
