Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $17/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st shift
- Located in Bloomfield, Connecticut
- Provide Accounting Analyst with Daily Volume for DC
- Obtain daily fill rate and cycle count information
- Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC
- Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices
- Facilitate the standardization of all DC's operational reports to be in line with WCD, Inc Administrative Office directives.
- Consults with: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Supervisor, Operations Administrative Manager and All levels of DC Management
- Assist with updating vendor files.
- Contact vendors to obtain proper documentation.
- Assist with Lumping Process
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of DC operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English (read, speak and write) as this position will require communication to vendors and WCD team
- Some college preferred
- Excel skills (spreadsheets)
- Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
- Lifting up to 10lbs
- Sitting at a computer for long periods of time
- Climbing stairs and walking through warehouse
- Ability to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures.
