Legal Billing Coordinator

Wiggin & Dana

The Billing Coordinator will oversee the preparation, review, and submission of client invoices for a busy legal practice, ensuring accuracy, compliance with client billing guidelines, and timely delivery. You’ll serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, and the accounting department to support efficient billing operations and strong client relationships. The coordinator possesses an extensive knowledge of multiple legal billing, disbursement and e-billing processes. The individual can effectively prioritize workflow, apply judgement and make decisions affecting improved function and procedures for which they are accountable . Chief Marketing Officer Conflict/Client Intake Analyst The Conflict Analyst performs duties associated with client intake and conflict-of-interest reporting including conducting research within the Firm’s database and external sources; analyzing information and summarizing search results. The Conflicts analyst will also assist the firm in undertaking due diligence on prospective firm clients. The information provided by the Conflict Analyst is critical to assisting the firm in making sound new business intake (NBI) decisions. The Conflicts Analyst will also assist the Records Manager on special projects relating to the maintenance and management of client records. Integration & Training Specialist Wiggin and Dana LLP is looking for an Integration & Training Specialist to join the firm’s Professional Development (PD) department. This position can be based in our New Haven or Stamford office. The Specialist will coordinate all new hire integration, will manage lawyer engagement initiatives, support the firm’s mentoring programs, and provide logistical support for PD programming and affinity bar event logistics. Summary The Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, design and content management of the Firm’s marketing technology infrastructure. The Manager will evaluate all of the technology infrastructure and manage new implementations and upgrades to the CRM, experience management platform, digital marketing program, SEO and GEO initiatives external website, as necessary. This is a high-profile position that reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
