As our Bookkeeper, you will play an important role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records while supporting day-to-day accounting operations. You'll work closely with leadership and gain exposure to various aspects of a growing business.



Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and process customer invoices and vendor payments
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
• Maintain supporting documentation and accounting schedules
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
• Support external accountants during audits and tax preparation
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a technology or high-growth company environment is a plus
