Manage customer accounts and keep all information accurate in the database. Assist customers with policy updates, billing questions, and service requests, ensuring smooth and timely processing. Proactively connect with customers regarding relevant product and service options based on their needs. Coordinate with underwriting and internal departments to support timely policy issuance and service continuity. Comfortable discussing coverage options for home and auto insurance. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
