The Assembler/Packer plays a critical role in the manufacturing and distribution process by ensuring that products are accurately assembled and securely packed for shipment. This position requires attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards and prevent defects or damages. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or packing roles within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or production tracking software.
