Responsibilities Process payroll for approximately 165 employees, primarily in Massachusetts Administer employee benefits programs and assist with enrollments, changes, and employee questions Accurately process monthly commissions, bonuses, and incentive payments Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Support payroll reporting, audits, and special HR projects Qualifications 3+ years of payroll experience ADP Workforce Now experience preferred but not required Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
