Community Account Manager

Location: Naples, FL Pay: $72,000 annually Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Community Account Manager with strong project coordination, communication, and relationship management skills to support customer experience initiatives. This onsite role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, present effectively, and build meaningful connections with both internal teams and external customers. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple community accounts, projects, and customer relationships simultaneously Deliver presentations on services, processes, and updates to various audiences Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues efficiently Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, property managers, and stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals Support change management initiatives and process improvements Maintain accurate data entry and CRM records Qualifications 3–5 years of related experience or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Telecommunications industry knowledge preferred Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 40% What We Offer Competitive salary ($72K) + strong benefits package Supportive, team-oriented environment Growth and development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
