IT Manager (Cloud, Cyber Security and Data Center)

Ketjen is hiring for a IT Manager (Cloud, Cyber Security and Data Center). This position is hybrid and located in Clear Lake, Texas, in-office and located in Clear Lake.

Leadership & Governance

What You Bring

10+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity roles
5+ years leading enterprise infrastructure or security teams
Proven experience managing hybrid cloud environments and cybersecurity programs
Track record of delivering resilient, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure at scale
Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security)
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
Cybersecurity tools including Palo Alto Networks Cortex, Microsoft Defender
Identity & access management: Microsoft Entra ID
Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, ARM templates, scripting)
Familiarity with OT/ICS security principles and tools

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with OT/IT convergence
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (SOX, ISO, NERC CIP where applicable)
Experience with incident response leadership and crisis management
Certifications: CISSP, CISM, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent
Experience supporting M&A, carve-outs, or large-scale transformations
