Join us to be part of a dynamic and impactful global company!Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree required.5+ years of sales experience required.5+ years of experience working directly with Manufacturing, Finance and Engineering required.Multi-tasker with proven strong work ethic, customer expertise and product expertise.Experience leading a global sales team in a manufacturing or technology industry.Track record managing complex commercial discussions, establishing global customer strategies and increasing revenue/growth.Proven experience building sales capabilities and multitasking across multiple customers.Preferred Skills5+ years of sales leadership experience.Electronics / Electrical Center product experience preferred.Previous automotive systems experience and sales and/or engineering background preferred.Strong communication skills, customer intimacy, commercial excellence, market intelligence and problem solving.V2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
