Registered Nurse/RN Float – Critical Care Full Time Nights Location: Texas Health Rockwall, 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032 Hours: Full Time, 36 hours weekly, Nights 7pm-7am (including weekends and holidays). No call, self-scheduling. Float to ICU, Emergency, Med Surg, and Telemetry units within the Rockwall hospital. Training: Attend training at the corporate office in Arlington from 8am-5pm during the first 1–5 days of hire. Requirements Registered Nursing diploma, associate’s degree in nursing, or bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred). 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program. 1 year of ICU or critical care experience (highly preferred). Texas RN license required upon hire. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 90 days of hire. Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually. High degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, ability to function in a fast‑paced environment.
