Interview Process: In person, 1 round

The Assembler 1 role is expected to be in individual that under direct supervision is capable of following instructions both verbal and written and demonstrates a willingness to learn assembly processes and procedures quickly while striving for continuous improvement.

Essential Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety processes and procedures.
• Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
• Produce and install wiring onto components following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
• Capable of completing minor modifications to metal panels and enclosures including cutting, drilling, and tapping.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn new product.
• Familiar with basic hand and power tool usage.
• Possesses basic mechanical aptitude.

Desired Characteristics:

• Manufacturing/assembly/wiring experience.
• Panel assembly and wiring experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
