**Key Qualifications:** - Proven experience in Food Manufacturing- Demonstrated supervisory skills, with 3 years of experience in production oversight.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, GMPs, SQF, and HACCP standards.
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate or College Degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate professionally; Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
