We're looking for a dependable leader to help oversee daily truck assembly operations. In this hands-on role, you'll support production goals, train and assist team members, maintain quality standards, and promote a safe work environment. Manufacturing or assembly leadership experience preferred. Overtime required. Join a growing team and help keep production moving!

Production Lead Coordinator Details:
- Temporary position
- $19.75 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm )
- Lead daily truck body assembly operations and coordinate team workflow.
- Train, coach, and support team members to meet production goals.
- Troubleshoot production issues and help maintain efficiency.
- Perform hands-on assembly work using hand and power tools as needed.
- Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety standards.
Production Lead Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous Coordinator or leadership experience in a manufacturing, assembly, automotive, construction, or production environment required.
- Experience using hand and power tools and reading work instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to Jonestown, PA and ability to work mandatory overtime.
- Strong communication, attendance, reliability, and willingness to cross-train in other departments.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
