Production Supervisor

Jobot is seeking a production supervisor for our Fredericksburg, PA facility in a USDA-regulated food manufacturing environment. You will supervise daily production operations across multiple departments, coordinate schedules to meet customer demand, and ensure product quality meets customer specs. The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in meat processing or food manufacturing, strong leadership and training skills, and familiarity with Lean, HACCP, GMP, and safety #J-18808-Ljbffr
