Baffles Assembler (Multiple Openings)

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus Purpose of Position: Freeman Enclosure Systems is seeking motivated Baffle Assemblers to join us. This position involves assembling prefabricated metal panels and structures made from mild steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum using both welding (GMAW/MIG) and bolt-on assembly methods. Candidates should be comfortable working with hand tools, reading measurements, and following detailed instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Assemble metal panels and structural components using MIG welding methods Perform tack and stitch welding using GMAW/MIG processes Utilize hand and air tools including drills, grinders, cutting wheels, wrenches, and clamps Accurately read and interpret a tape measure (tape test required) Follow written and verbal work instructions to complete assemblies safely and efficiently Lift, move, and maneuver metal components weighing up to 50 lbs.
