Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities Manage full cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across five manufacturing sites and corporate roles Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning goals Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms and social media Source, screen, and interview candidates Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process Support onboarding activities Build relationships with colleges, technical schools, recruiting agencies, and community organizations Attend career fairs, hiring events, and company locations as needed Track recruiting metrics and support continuous improvement efforts Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring procedures Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 3–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms preferred Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficient in Microsoft Office programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
