Personal Training Sales Consultant

Location: 6700 Woodlands Pkwy Unit 600 The Woodlands, TX 77382 Reports to: Personal Training Manager Position Overview We are looking for a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) who will drive our fitness programs and assign clients to Personal Trainers at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. What You’ll Do: As a PTSC, you will combine your passion for fitness with exceptional sales skills, assign a team of dedicated personal trainers to their clientele, set and surpass sales targets while fostering a positive and motivating environment focused on delivering on our Mission to Transform People. What Success Looks Like: Effectively filling the top of the funnel by converting leads into new clients, then seamlessly handing off to PTs for an exceptional client experience. Consistently maintains a high level of productive activity, staying engaged with members throughout each shift. Proactively connects members to personal training and/or dotFIT supplements based on their goals and needs. Reliably meets or exceeds scheduled, show, and close rate expectations for consultations and sales. About You: You are an assertive, outgoing, independent, empathetic, hard‑headed person who wants to be in control of your own destiny, thrives in a team‑oriented environment, enjoys competition, and seeks a compensation plan that rewards achievement. Responsibilities: Engage with current or new members daily. Take them through the CrunchONE Kickoff – the most important experience in their member journey. Set them up with a personal trainer who has the dedication and availability to guide their goals and the dotFIT programs to help them achieve results. Customer Service Concierge: Address customer questions, comments, or concerns. Assist clients with tasks like booking sessions with their trainer or updating billing information. Team Builder: Foster a collaborative environment where everyone works together toward club goals. Engage and build the value of the trainer being assigned as a subject matter expert to ensure a smooth and results‑driven experience, and develop trust in your team. Required Qualifications: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry. Passion for health and fitness. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, motivating approach to team member experience. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment. Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust. Certification in one or more nationally accredited certifications must be acquired within the first 120 days of employment (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM, CSCS, IFPA, NESTA, NFPT, NSCA, or similar). Physical Requirements Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs. Physical effort required includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
