Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Role Description In this role, you’ll be the person customers rely on when it matters—handling questions, updating policies, and making sure every interaction is clear, accurate, and handled with care. You’ll combine strong customer service with the ability to spot what a client may need next, then coordinate with the team to get it done.
