Client Support Specialist I - Hybrid
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a Client Support Specialist I to manage communications between clients and laboratory staff for vitamin testing services. The role involves responding to inquiries, coordinating sample data, explaining technical findings, and providing administrative support in a hybrid Des Moines office.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate information exchange between clients and laboratory staff via phone and email
- Respond to client requests within Service Level Agreement timeframes
- Translate and explain technical information and testing issues to clients
- Monitor turn-around times and track sample data for accounts requiring special procedures
- Prepare quotes and provide clerical support to client services operations
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in scientific field OR Associate degree with 2 years client/customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Laboratory environment experience preferred
- Science background or college-level science training preferred
- Proficiency with laboratory information systems and electronic resources
