We are seeking acompassionate, customer-focused Remote Patient Engagement Specialist to joinour growing healthcare team. This role serves as the first point of contact forprospective and referred patients, playing a critical role in helpingindividuals access high-quality care. The ideal candidate is an excellentcommunicator who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and guidingthem through the onboarding process with professionalism and empathy.

Location: Remote(Candidates residing in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland,Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island,Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, or Washington, DC preferred.)

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GEDrequired; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience inhealthcare customer service, patient engagement, scheduling, patient access, orcall center environments.

• Candidates must be willingand able to work within the designated time zones required to support businessoperations and team collaboration.

• Strong verbal communicationskills and confidence conducting phone-based outreach.
• Ability to explainhealthcare services clearly, professionally, and compassionately.
• Experience using CRMplatforms, scheduling systems, or documentation tools.
• Excellent organizationalskills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice and web-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telehealth,digital health, musculoskeletal (MSK) care, or physical therapy environments.
• Familiarity with insuranceeligibility verification and benefit navigation.
• Experience supportingvirtual care delivery models.
• Bilingual Spanish/Englishproficiency.
• Experience working withinterdisciplinary healthcare teams.
