HR Generalist: Onboarding, Benefits & Compliance
Optalis Healthcare
Optalis Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to compile personnel documents, verify employment eligibility, coordinate leaves, onboard new hires, and provide information to employees. You will also support HRIS audits, benefits enrollment, and payroll processing as needed. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred, with at least 3 years of HR #J-18808-Ljbffr
