Randstad is supporting a wealth management firm who recently launched a Crypto Proprietary Trading department. The program was stood up just four months ago, and they are currently executing a massive, high-stakes roadmap: closely monitoring our current third-party vendor operations while actively building the infrastructure to bring all custody and trading entirely in-house by 2027.

We are looking for a sharp, autonomous Manager of Business Risk & Digital Assets for a hybrid role (4 days/week on-site) at their Westlake campus. Responsibilities

• Risk Oversight & Analytics: Tactically coordinate with enterprise risk teams to identify, measure, and report risks. Monitor the third-party cold wallet daily, track risk components weekly, and audit customer complaints monthly for regulatory reporting.
• SME & Requirement Definition: Provide subject matter expertise to define business, technical, and operational requirements in the digital asset space while aggressively identifying gaps and issues.
• Triage & Investigation: Act as a thought leader to analyze, triage, and resolve risk escalations. Participate in root cause analysis for complex issues thrown your way, offering recommendations for remediation.
• Governance & Documentation: Own heavy meeting management and administration for two program committees/subcommittees. Author detailed documentation, policies, and procedures to build out the new program.
• Tools: Proficient with MS Office, Microsoft Planner, and Copilot
