Job Skills / Requirements Per Mar Security Services is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our growing Sales and Operations teams. This team member’s primary responsibility is ensuring all information is accurately entered into our software. A keen attention to detail is required to review documents and navigate multiple software systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will have these characteristics, as well as a strong customer service attitude. Identify missing information and obtain follow-up to complete tasks. Accurately add and review work before acceptance into the software. Review, approve, and process agreements for customers. Assure customer information is submitted to the filing software. Answer calls from internal and external customers. Starting pay is $15/hour Successful candidates must have: Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Be able to work efficiently and accurately on your own. Flourish in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Exceptional commitment to your attendance is required.
