UI/UX Lead - Figma & Accessibility-Remote

Job Title: UI/UX Lead Figma & Accessibility

Location: USA | Engagement: Long-term and Remote for US Citizen/GC

We are looking for a UI/UX Lead to design intuitive, responsive, and accessible digital experiences for high-traffic public-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead user-centered interface and experience design.
Create designs and prototypes using Figma.
Ensure responsive design across devices.
Incorporate WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards.
Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders.

Required Skills: UI/UX Design, Figma, Responsive Design, Accessibility, WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, User-Centered Design.

Eligibility: USA-based candidates with legal authorization to work.
