Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients, tailoring interventions to meet their specific needs.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, while also offering one-on-one therapy sessions to each partner as required.
\n
• Addressing complex issues such as family conflicts, alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, as well as communication difficulties among family members.
\n
• Implementing therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their concerns.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's health are addressed.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Active LMFT licensure in the state of Washington.
\n
• Proven skills and experience in delivering quality therapy practices, with a strong understanding of family systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While all relevant experience will be considered, the following is preferred:

• Experience working with both child and adolescent populations as well as adults.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and digital therapy platforms.
\n
• Ability to work flexible hours, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range between USD 75,000 and 100,000 per annum. Bend Mental Healthcare Center provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
