Behavioral Health Regulatory And Quality ManagerCompensation Salary Range: $115,000 – $140,000 per year Location: Queens, NY OnsiteAs a Behavioral Health Regulatory and Quality Manager, you will support the development, implementation, and oversight of quality programs across inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, driving performance improvement initiatives, and enhancing patient safety and outcomes. You will collaborate with leadership, clinical teams, and regulatory bodies to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence.Key Duties:Support development and management of quality programs and initiatives across behavioral health servicesConduct investigations and root cause analyses (RCA) for reportable events in collaboration with Risk ManagementMonitor regulatory compliance with TJC, OMH, and CMS standards and implement corrective actionsPerform audits of medical records, environment of care, and clinical processes to ensure quality and complianceAnalyze data, track performance metrics, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomesEducationRequired: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Nursing, or related fieldLicenses & CertificationsRequired: Applicable professional license (as required by discipline)Skills:Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations and quality assurance practicesExcellent analytical and data interpretation skillsAbility to lead performance improvement and compliance initiativesStrong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teamsAbout Us RCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nationwide.
