You will work closely with leadership, HR, Recruiting, and department heads while helping create a positive experience for both our residents and our employees. Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities Salary: $43,000–$52,000 per year High School Diploma or equivalent Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a Staffing Coordinator preferred Create and maintain accurate staff schedules Monitor and maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early departures Partner with HR on employee retention and recruitment initiatives Assist with annual performance review processes as needed Coordinate interviews with Recruiting and department heads Communicate staffing needs and scheduling updates effectively Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards NJ CNA certification is a plus Staffing Coordinator Schedule & Benefits Competitive salary of $43,000–$52,000 annually Choose to get paid every day – no more waiting for payday!
