Customer Service Representative - Fontana
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to work with a leading logistics company in Fontana. This role is ideal for an organized professional with experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rates
- 21.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Customer Service Representative
- Previous customer service experience
- PC literacy with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and various carrier websites
- Ability to monitor and respond to daily customer emails in a timely manner
- Experience scheduling inbound deliveries and outbound LTL and TL pickups
- Capability to prepare daily LTL packets, including packing lists and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Role for Customer Service Representative
- Monitor daily customer communications and ensure prompt responses
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage inbound and outbound logistics schedules
- Maintain and update the digital and physical daily workflow boards
- Prepare necessary shipping documentation, including packing lists and BOLs
- Manage driver check-in and check-out procedures
Location : Fontana. This position is based in a key logistics hub.
