1) BASIC CONDITIONS:
- Legally authorized to work in the USA
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills, willing to learn on the job, and be highly reliable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and understanding of Windows operating system.
- Must be customer service oriented with professional attitude
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage with strong team orientation
- Must be bi-lingual (E-S)
- AP/AR experience A PLUS
2) SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Exempted status and weekly payment
- Standard starting compensation is commensurate with experience
- Detailed information about benefits will be provided during a face-to-face interview (vacation, personal days, sick days, retirement plan…)
