Project Manager - Self Perform, Commercial Projects

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project success, including client satisfaction, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and team leadership. Our commitment to quality, innovation, safety, and accountability creates opportunities for long-term career development and success.Ownership of projects from start to finishStrong support from leadership and field teamsDiverse portfolio of complex commercial projectsLong-term client relationships and repeat businessOpportunity to make an impact and drive resultsStable backlog and career growth opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesLead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance.Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and project documentation.Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards.Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.Build strong client relationships and contribute to a positive project experience.Qualifications5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.Experience managing ground-up and/or large-scale commercial projects preferred.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.Working knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and project controls.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Primavera.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Work LocationThis position requires occasional travel to project sites.
