Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate full-time caregiver to work with a 30-year-old adult male with Autism. The ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, and enjoys engaging in fun, meaningful activities. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Engage in activities such as games, movies, arts & crafts
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Create and participate in creative, enriching experiences
- Encourage social interaction and positive engagement
- Provide companionship
- Assist with errands and shopping
- Provide companionship and daily support
Qualifications
- Must love working with autistic adults
- Clean background record
- Outgoing, patient, and creative personality
- Dependable and punctual
- Excellent communication
- Reliable transportation (car required)
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
Schedule:
Sunday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Forest Hills, Queens)
Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Great Neck)
(Some flexibility available)
$25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
