Master Techs is a 16-year, successful, trusted, family-owned and operated repair shop that works on classic cars to the latest models. This established repair facility offers the best to its customers and employees. Hours/days to be discussed, Saturdays may be rotated. Job duties include: Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers. Review pricing estimates with customers and explains repairs and times. Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc. Ensure complete vehicle inspections are completed by technicians timely. Deliver and review pricing estimates with customers. Open and close store. Follow up, follow-through, follow back all online appts and quotes. Manage technician hours, production, and cleanliness of shop and shop equipment. Maintain inventory counts. Keep organized POs, returns, and core credits. Maintain Showroom to be clean and tidy. Possible other duties depending on need and pay. Our ideal candidate will have: Good customer relations and phone skills. Ability to multi-task. A friendly and positive attitude.
