This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who enjoys complex commercial disputes and wants to work alongside some of California's most accomplished trial lawyers.The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of business litigation matters, including breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, business torts, fraud, trade secret litigation, fiduciary duty claims, and other complex commercial matters. Candidates should be comfortable managing cases through every stage of litigation while working directly with sophisticated clients.Billables are ~2000 and compensation is up to $300K base + additional incentives. Trial experience is required. This role is on-site.Qualifications5+ years of business or commercial litigation experienceExperience handling complex commercial disputes in state and federal courtStrong background in discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategyTrial experience is highly preferredExcellent legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skillsAdmission to the California Bar in good standingWhat You'll DoManage a diverse business litigation caseload from inception through resolutionConduct depositions and oversee all phases of discoveryDraft and argue substantive motionsPrepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trialDevelop strategic litigation plans while advising clients on complex business disputesCollaborate with an elite team of trial attorneys on sophisticated commercial matters
