Customer Service Representative

Federal Heath Sign Company is an electrical retail signage company experiencing growth and seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Sign Maintenance division in our north Houston TX location (Greenspoint area). About the Role We are seeking a highly customer-focused, detail-driven individual to assist our customers with maintenance inquires and service calls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives when working individually and with a small team. In this role you’ll collaborate with customers, service technicians, and your onsite team to ensure calls are handled swiftly and accurately, and with exceptional service. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Making and taking phone calls, submitting various work orders for service Obtaining updates and status reports from technicians and subcontractors Updating customers on the status of the work and/or updating cloud-based customer websites with current and accurate details EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: A minimum of two years of experience in customer service in an office setting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include: Outlook, Word, and Excel. Sign or Construction industry experience strongly desired. Outstanding phone etiquette and Customer Service skills Good written & verbal communication skills. Ability to work well independently as well as in teams.
