Accounts Payable Specialist

Compensation $27.00 - $28.00 per hour Responsibilities Process electronic and hard copy submittals generated by site personnel Process timely and accurate payment of property expenses Assist in the oversight of property cash flow, including required bank account transfers and reconcile bank statements Responsible for stale-dated check processing Process replacement reserve withdrawal requests Maintain electronic files Process monthly health insurance billings and invoices Assist business records maintenance Process property payroll reimbursements Assist with payable records management and filing Audit and correct general ledger invoice account and amount coding, completed by on‑site managers to ensure accuracy and consistency Maintain tracking reports in Excel Respond to questions verbally and in writing Qualifications A.S. degree in Accounting or a minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience Microsoft Word and Excel skills Excellent verbal and written skills Yardi software knowledge and experience strongly preferred Works well on teams Benefits Cambridge Real Estate Services offers competitive wages, incentive bonuses, medical with an annual HSA contribution to employees’ accounts of $4,400, dental, vision, and life insurance, long‑term disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, floating holidays, company events, 401k plan with a 100% match up to a 10% contribution.
