This role is ideal for an individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to making a significant impact on our workforce.As an Experienced Human Resources Generalist for the site, this role collaborates closely with Fabrication senior leaders, managers and employees within Skin & Spar and the Composite Manufacturing Center. Primary responsibilities include providing strategic HR leadership in areas such as organizational culture, talent management, workforce planning, and employee and labor relations – essential components for success in this position.Position Responsibilities:Serve as Site HRG responsible for aligning and integrating HR policies and initiatives to advance organizational objectives and drive business resultsAnalyze culture/employee engagement strategy performance and develop corrective solutionsPartner with leadership to implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectivesLead or conduct employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activitiesMaintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing/production floor for real-time engagement and solutionsPromote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair mannerPartner with manufacturing/production leaders and managers to deploy HR initiatives that align with operational goals and address workforce challengesWork closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to understand and deploy HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and support the delivery of programsServe as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns, providing guidance and implementation assistance on company policies, providing HR consultation and coaching, and acting as a neutral party in resolving conflictsBe a visible champion of Boeing’s values and behaviors—modeling our expectations and reinforcing them through consistent employee interactionsWorking Conditions: Capable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to loud noises, machinery, and manufacturing operationsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Human Resources (HR) certification5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions3+ years of experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines3+ years of experience resolving employee relations matters and conducting sensitive or difficult conversationsExperience developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives that enhance organizational culture and drive workforce satisfactionExperience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisionsConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
