Strategic HR Business Partner for Growth & Compliance

Par Pacific is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support HR initiatives at our Port of Tacoma site. You will partner with leaders and teams to manage day-to-day HR needs, fostering a workplace aligned with our mission of Humbly Serving Communities. The role includes talent management, compensation & benefits, labor relations, leave administration, performance management, and HR analytics.
