If you're dedicated, dependable and driven to deliver exceptional guest service, this is a place for you!**What you get to do:**You’ll be responsible for performing all general maintenance of rides in order to provide a safe environment for guests and team members alike. We’re looking to you to make sure our rides are good to go! You will:* Inspect and repair general lighting and power circuits as well as miscellaneous electrical devices* Install lighting and receptacle circuitry in existing structures, as well as in new additions* Learn and participate in daily ride inspections* Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services* Provide support in troubleshooting problems with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment* Consistently practice safe work habits including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations**What it takes to succeed:*** Must be at least 18 years of age* High school diploma or equivalent* Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a park driver’s license* Ability to provide and use basic hand tools* Ability to pass all ride competency tests and obtain certification* Must be able to frequently lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds* Excellent communication skills and basic math abilities* Ability to walk uphill and work on heights above 150 feet* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Ability to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather* Flexibility in working varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidaysThe perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as:* FREE park admission* Discounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friends* Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc.* Scholarship opportunities* Exclusive employee events and giveaways**EEO Employer:**SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
